If you are not completely satisfied with your RELAB Skincare purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt. (Applicable to first orders of each product only).
Free return shipping label. Original outbound shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Initiate returns by either clicking the link below or by logging into your customer profile on our website, locating the relevant order, and clicking “start return”.
Once item arrives at our facility, please allow 3-5 business days for initiation of the refund.
